ImForPP Campaign & Activation

Planned Parenthood activated a “Care Cafe” at SXSW 2023 in an effort to increase awareness of the services provided at health centers and invite folks to show support for access to health care. Visitors could receive a cup of coffee, a swag bag of condoms, lube, chap stick, and dental dams, and participate in leaving their reason for supporting Planned Parenthood on the truck itself.

My Role: Design Director

The I’m for/I Fight For Planned Parenthood campaign brings awareness to the breadth of services Planned Parenthood health centers provide. We used typography as a pattern as a way to showcase the variety of health services that make up the organization and introduced handwritten fonts to maintain that health care is personal. I developed the campaign’s visual identity, established guidelines, and designed swag, social graphics, and campaign website.

The advocacy side of this work required an alt version of the branding seen below. More of this work can be seen on Planned Parenthood Action Fund’s social media channels.

Planned Parenthood activated a “Care Cafe” at SXSW 2023 in an effort to increase awareness of the services provided at health centers and invite folks to show support for access to health care. Visitors could receive a cup of coffee, a swag bag of condoms, lube, chap stick, and dental dams, and participate in leaving their reason for supporting Planned Parenthood on the truck. I designed the truck art, signage, and swag that was also used for the I’m For Planned Parenthood campaign.
